(3) The wire rope is oiled once every 4 months, and it is best to soak the core of the rope with hot oil (about 50℃) when oiled, and then wipe off the excess grease.
(4) After the wire rope coil should be placed in a clean and dry place, not overlapping pile, to prevent sprain.
(5) The end of the wire rope is fastened with wire or welded with low melting point of the alloy, and can also be tightened with iron hoop, so as not to loose the rope head.
(6) In use, if there is oil drop extrusion on the surface of the wire rope, it means that the wire rope has been subjected to considerable force. At this time, it should stop increasing the load, and check, and replace the new wire rope if necessary.
