The wire is softened again to remove the pressure before it becomes thin again. But we have necessary precautions in the production of galvanized wire. First, remove all tools and piles in the shop and equipment that impede activity, and place wire slowly into the jar during pickling to prevent acid spills on the body. When adding acid, pour the acid slowly into the water. Do not pour the water into the hill. In order to prevent acid spills, workers should wear protective glasses when working. Then moving wire and other items, do not push. Pay attention to safety while performing the operation, and no one else should get on the bus without permission. Shelves should be placed lightly and stacked firmly and neatly, with no more than 5 boards. Direct contact of human skin with acid and alkali is prohibited.
