Product use:

It is suitable for factories, mines, construction sites, wharves, shipyards, warehouses, etc., to install machines and lift goods, especially for open-air and non-power operations, but also to show its characteristics.

Note:

1. It is forbidden to use two or more hoists to lift a heavy object at the same time;

2. It is strictly prohibited to use non-self-protecting gourds, hanging gourds and heavy objects must be firm and reliable;

3. Do not use when the chain is knotted;

4. If the operator finds that the hand tension is greater than the normal tension, it should stop using immediately. Do not damage the internal structure, in case of falling objects accident.

Maintenance:

1. Use a dry rag to wipe the dissolved oil and water vapor on the surface of the hand hoist.

2. Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by personnel who understand the machine, clean the hoist parts with kerosene, add butter lubrication in the gear and bearing parts, prohibit those who do not understand the performance principle of the machine at will;

3. After cleaning and maintenance of the hoist, no-load test should be carried out to confirm normal operation and reliable braking before delivery.
