Product features:

V-shaped hand hoist is a triangular hand hoist (hook frame external hanging), characterized by light weight, high strength, beautiful appearance, the use of one casting process, manganese steel material, high hardness and strong bearing force.

1. The left and right wall panels are equipped with integral bearings, the lifting sprocket is matched with the integral bearing form, the operation is flexible, and the hand is lighter;

2. Internal gear transmission parts are made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel and strict carburizing heat treatment process;

3. Equipped with 2 integral guide wheels, smooth guide chain, good stability, high strength;

4. Use high-strength T8 European standard chain.

V-shaped hoist is easily applicable to construction, warehouse, factory workshop, shipbuilding, bridge construction and other fields to meet the needs of a variety of industries.

Note:

1. Before use, it must be confirmed that the machine parts are intact, the transmission part and the lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal;

2. The lifting and lowering of heavy objects shall not exceed the upper and lower travel limits;

3. Do not pull heavy objects or use them horizontally.

4. It is strictly prohibited to turn over the lower hook frame of 2T, 3T, 5T, and double-line lifting chain products in the two-line chain.

Maintenance:

1. Paint anti-rust grease on the surface of corroded components of the hand hoist, frequently rotate the surface of the components with lubricating oil, and let it stand for a period of time until the grease is absorbed;

2. The hand hoist is packed in a wooden box and stored in a cool and dry place;

3. Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by personnel who understand the machine, clean the hoist parts with kerosene, add butter lubrication in the gear and bearing parts, and prohibit those who do not understand the performance principle of the machine at will.
