Maintenance:

1. After the sprocket is seriously worn, the new sprocket and the new chain should be replaced at the same time to ensure good engagement. You can't just replace a new chain or a new sprocket alone. Otherwise, it will cause poor meshing to accelerate the wear of the new chain or new sprocket. Sprocket tooth surface wear to a certain extent should be used in time to turn over (refers to the adjustable surface of the sprocket) to extend the use of time;

2. The old lifting chain can not be mixed with part of the new chain, otherwise it is easy to have an impact in the transmission and break the chain;

3. The lifting chain should remember to fill the lubricating oil in time during the work, and the lubricating oil must enter the gap between the roller and the inner sleeve in order to improve the working conditions and reduce wear.
