Note:

1. It is forbidden to use two or more hoists to lift a heavy object at the same time;

2. Do not use when the chain is knotted;

3. When lifting heavy objects, no one or hands under the lifting objects are allowed to work until the heavy objects are firmly placed;

4. Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are hung firmly, the lifting chain should be suspended vertically, there should be no wrong twisted chain links, and the lower hook frame of the double chain should not be turned over.

Maintenance:

1. Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by personnel who understand the machine, clean the hoist parts with kerosene, add butter lubrication in the gear and bearing parts, and prohibit those who do not understand the performance principle of the machine;

2. After cleaning and maintenance of the hoist, no-load test should be carried out to confirm normal operation and reliable braking before delivery;

3. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean, and the brake part should be checked frequently to prohibit brake failure and heavy objects from falling.
