Product features:

The shell material of the hand hoist is alloy steel, strong and wear-resistant. When the hand hoist lifts the weight, clockwise pull the manual chain, the hand sprocket rotation, counterclockwise pull the chain, the brake seat is separated from the brake pad, the ratchet is stationary under the action of the ratchet claw, and the five-tooth long shaft drives the lifting sprocket to run in the opposite direction, so as to smoothly drop the weight.

Note:

1. Do not hang heavy objects on the top of the hook and tie heavy objects with lifting chains;

2. Do not use when the chain is knotted;

3. During operation, the hand pull down chain force should be even, the impact should be avoided as far as possible, and careful operation should be carried out when the chain is loosened. It is forbidden to lock the hand pull block and cause the sudden sinking of the equipment;

4. After use, gently handle, place in a dry, ventilated place, apply lubricating oil and put away.

Maintenance:

1. After cleaning and maintenance of the hoist, no-load test should be carried out to confirm normal operation and reliable braking before delivery;

2. Use a dry cloth to wipe the oil and water vapor that have been dissolved on the surface of the hand hoist.

3. Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by personnel who understand the machine, clean the hoist parts with kerosene, add butter lubrication in the gear and bearing parts, and prohibit those who do not understand the performance principle of the machine at will.
