Product use:

35 tons of chain electric hoist is equipped with 12 lifting chains, two chain belts, with I-steel for use. Chain electric hoist is a device composed of an electric motor, a transmission motor and a sprocket. Single-speed electric hoist is widely used in construction sites, factories, mines, warehouses and other places.

Maintenance:

1. Ring chain electric hoist gearbox oil from the start of operation up to 500 hours, please check whether the amount of oil is enough, later regularly check the lubricating oil situation, insufficient need to refuel;

2. When using electric hoists outdoors, rainproof equipment should be set up;

3. When the chain electric hoist is not used for a long time, it should be treated with rust prevention and cleaning and maintenance, and run up and down for 1-3 minutes to maintain its performance.
