Product use:

Mini electric hoist is also called civil electric hoist, which is suitable for home decoration, air conditioning installation, factory lifting, cargo handling and other scenes.

Note:

1. Do not use electric hoist to lift people or for manned elevators;

2. When lifting objects with a miniature electric hoist, ensure that at least 3 rings of wire rope are retained on the rope barrel to prevent the rope from falling off the rope barrel when the force is too large;

3. Do not stay the chain. Do not twist or tie the chain. Need to check frequently whether the stopper is sensitive and reliable;

4. Do not arbitrarily transform or weld the parts of the miniature electric hoist, otherwise it will reduce the stability of the miniature electric hoist.

Maintenance:

1. In use, it is prohibited to use in an environment that is not allowed, and exceeds the rated load and rated closing times per hour (120 times);

2. When installing, debugging and maintaining, it is necessary to strictly check whether the limiting device is flexible and reliable. When the hook rises to the upper limit position, the distance from the hook shell to the drum shell must be greater than 50mm(10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, it should be ensured that the wire rope ring on the drum is more than 2 rings;

3. It is not allowed to press two flashlight door buttons that make the electric hoist move in the opposite direction at the same time.
