Product use:

Single speed/double speed electric hoist can be installed on the overhead I-beam alone, or can be installed on the electric or manual single beam, double beam, cantilever, gantry and other cranes. In fine work occasions, when the lifting speed of the single-speed electric hoist cannot meet the requirements, the two-speed electric hoist with double lifting speed should be selected. Widely used in dock assembly of goods, construction sites, workshop production and installation, logistics delivery and other scenes.

Note:

1. The electric hoist is used for the first time, you need to connect three firewires, if the electric hoist does not react or does not start is also a normal phenomenon, because the electric hoist has phase sequence protection, the phase sequence is not correct is not started, you need to switch any two of the three firewires to reconnect;

2. The chain can be refueled once a month, gear box with gear oil, chain with anti-rust lubricating oil;

3. The chain tail can not be installed anywhere, just naturally drop in the chain bag (if not, it will limit the card and even break the gear box card);

4. When the lifting machinery is working, the lifting hoist shall not be inspected and overhauled. The brake of the lifting device shall not be adjusted under load.

Maintenance:

1. The newly installed or installed electric hoist after disassembly and inspection should be tested for several times. Before installation, remember to turn on the power test;

2. Before normal use, the static load test should be carried out at 125% of the rated load, about 100 mm from the ground, and 10 minutes to check whether it is normal;

3. The dynamic load test is based on the rated load weight, making multiple lifting and moving tests, and checking whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connecting part are normal and reliable after the test.
